Hi Darren!

Well, let me tell you about 1999. I was in my car driving to a gig, and i was listening to judge jules where I heard the most beautiful trance instrumental id ever heard. So when i got home i checked the track list on the website, only to see it was "angelic - angelic" so this is where my search started, i tried every record shop, and could not find this track anywere, so i gave up. So 6 months later when i eventually heard it was called its my turn, i was so excited to buy it, so I bought it on cd and record. To my horror the instrumental wasnt on it. As much as the vocal version was ok, i wanted that stunning version I heard when i was in my car.

So my question to you is what was the story with that track and what are the chances of you releasing the original instrumental track for me to buy?

Sorry for taking a while to respond to this. Truth is it was a nightmare.. I basically wrote all the music against a vocal written by Sunscreem called "Change" and then the label wanted to dump the vocal (the music being the instrumental of "It's My Turn"). I won't go into how badly certainly parties behaved but it's enough to say it was a nasty start to my full time production career. Anyway as you've probably noticed we've re-released the original on Mondo including instrumentals (though the original version is still owned by Universal and the instrumental of that probably won't ever see the light of day)..
